According to the CDC Obesity effects around ninety seven million Americans. A large part of the problem is the fact that we as a nation have learned to eat on the run. Whether we are eating at home or out, it has to be something fast. All too often there is not enough time to cook a good nutritous meal. But there comes a time, when we no longer have a choice in the matter. We have to learn to choose healthy alternatives, to the manner in which we eat, in order to maintain our health. A healthy diet and excersize will, more often than not, produce a healthier, happier "YOU AND ME".
